I wrote a reply to someone which included two links. After posting I checked that both links worked, and one of them didn't. I went into Edit and the links had changed to the words "originalText". They didn't change back to the original link after posting again. So I had to edit the post again and put back the links I wanted.

me too ... i did wonder how i'd managed to copy and paste the words 'original text' from nowhere instead of my link ~ makes sense now~ gremlins.
I will email IT support now
Yes, it's a tech issue. And of course it's the weekend, so unlikely to get sorted until Monday earliest 😞😞

I have had issues with posting links for a long while but recently it seems fine.
Strange - to say the least and it is a puzzle.
