Oh dear. That looks like a bit of an oopsy by whatever system puts the results on the app! I'd contact your GP surgery to find out what the actual results are. Can't make much sense of that other than you could be hyper/overmedicated. Who knows?!

Are any reference ranges showing?
I think top one is FT4 and bottom one is TSH.
Both these results have TSH units so neither can be an fT4 result.
