angina and arrythemias in the evenings?what is the cause

Has anyone had the above heart issues when either under or over medicated and with it triggering more in the evening when severely exhausted? I have high cortisolehivh I need to try and supplement with a herbal tincturei have just bought but I have also just changed from 1.5 grains of Armour to metavive bovine supplements 80mcg and the heart issues are getting severe in the evening when severely exhausted ?

I was thinking of taking half a capsule at 6 ish to see if it increased or subdued?
