Osteoarthritis and Thyroid

Hi all,

I am 31 and have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my feet, knees and hands. It saya online most people who develop it at my age are athletes or have had an injury. Neither of which are true for me. I’m actually just wondering if there could be a link between hypothyroidism and osteoarthritis- does anyone know? Iv had a number of multiskeletal issues now including cubital tunnel and carpel tunnel in both arms.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 17 (but suspect I actually had it at a younger age).

Have you looked into food intolerances?

Should have Vitamin D tested along with other vitamins.
