Given the constraints with regard to taking both T3 and T4 away from food and drink, I’m interested to know what sort of timing regimes others have found suit them. And, yes, I accept that we’re all different, and it’s trial and error to some extent. I’m in the early days of adding T3 and am curious.

Timings of medication.
Staffs, I have taken it in 3 doses splitting both the levo and lio. The size of the doses depended on what my total daily dose was. The 3 doses were not the same size always . The times were on waking, 4pm ish and bedtime. As I worked my way to doses and bloods that suited dosing and dosing patterns changed.
I also found the afternoon dose a nuisance to fit in. As my daily dose changed to a total of 100 levo and 7.5 lio I decided to try 2 doses and find it suits me fine. 50 levo 5 lio on waking, 50 levo 2.5 lio bedtime.

I take Levo plus T3 (in one dose) in the nearly hours of the morning between about 3am-5am depending on what time I need the loo.
I have experimented with splitting T3 into two doses and took the second dose at 5pm. Didn't find any difference so went back to one dose for convenience.
I think I’ve read somewhere that taking T3 can cause sleeplessness. I’ve probably also seen it improves sleep!
Yes, you will have seen both on the forum. Like most things, just down to the individual I suppose.
I take my thyroid meds (T3) when I awake with one glass of water and wait an hour before I eat.
I am symptom-free and also feel well.
