Advice please : reduce levo when starting T3 or leave it alone?

On 125 mcg of levo with a FT4 of 21.4 ( 12-22) 94% through range

and a FT3 of 4.5 (3.1-6.8) 37.84% through range, giving a ratio of 4.75

when beginning T3, would you reduce the levo or leave it at 125mcg ?

( TSH always appears suppressed due to Metformin, so isn't relevant, but it's 0.01 (.27-4.2.)

Any advice gratefully received. Thankyou.

Grumpyold As ft4 is at the top of its range I would reduce levo by 25mcg and wait a week for blood level to reduce then start adding 5mcg T3 liothyroinine.
