According to Regenerus your evening and night samples were less than optimal for cortisol. Your DHEA was also low.
Cortisol is one of those things that it's hard to make a simple suggestion in a nutshell for. Paul Robinson addresses it in detail in his books "Recovering with T3" and "The Thyroid Patients Manual". That's where I suggest you start.
