Following advice here I had the Regenerus Cortisol/DHEA test. Any observations or suggestions would be very welcome.

No not taking ashwagandha…I’d looked into it briefly, that’s all.Awaiting other results….

According to Regenerus your evening and night samples were less than optimal for cortisol. Your DHEA was also low.

Cortisol is one of those things that it's hard to make a simple suggestion in a nutshell for. Paul Robinson addresses it in detail in his books "Recovering with T3" and "The Thyroid Patients Manual". That's where I suggest you start.
