My gp in usa had me stop t 4, due to palpitation. I was on 50 mg levo 4 days a week and 75 levo 3 days a week. 3 weeks ago , changed to 75 levo 2 days a week and 50 levo 5 days. Since the dose change I feel dizzy/ vertigo after pooping,
I am always constipated. I have learnt not to push hard when constipated and take fiber, prunes and husk etc. before i felt vertigo only when I pushed very hard to poo but now even a slight push I feel vertigo.
Anyone else I. Hashimoto thyroid has this experience?
My endo says to wait for a blood test another month since the dose was changed a few weeks ago.
Thanks.

You probably had palpitations because you were under-medicated, so not very clever of your endo to stop your levo! What are you taking right now? You post isn't very clear. When did you last have a blood test? Do you have the results? How much were you taking at the time?
Feeling dizzy after pushing down could be due to blood pressure issues. When did you last have that checked?
