I recently (12/01) had my dose changes to 75 6 days a week and 100 on Sunday. I wake up usually at 6:30 naturally and take the dose and fall back to sleep for another hour. When I wake up, I fell very hot and I never had that with the lower dose (50 and 75 alternate days).
I took levo this morning again at usual time but couldn't get back to sleep and I'm getting very hot again about an hour later. Is this something anyone have experienced?

That's what i was wondering. I also feel but irritated all the time and have been stressed about everything. She has requested test 4weeks post starting new dose and everyone tells me it's too soon.
Symptoms are important alongside blood levels. If you feel bad, you might consider lowering your dose yourself. If it were me, I would not take the extra on Sundays at least.
I was not sure about doing that as i don't know when i should start seeing improvement and symptoms settling but i have considered taking 75 on Sunday.
Some people find they need to increase dose more slowly. 25mcg extra every day is convenient for doctors to prescribe because that's a standard tablet size. But it can be too much too soon for some people, who need to take it slower with 12.5mcg daily increments.
Another thing you can try, is splitting the daily dose into two. So maybe 50mcg in the morning, and the other 25mcg at night. This can give a more 'even' feeling and not trigger the 'rush' of symptoms some get by taking it all in one go.
Feeling a bit “over treated “ can happen after dose increase…..but should/likely settle after a few weeks…..the rest of your endocrine system has to catch up with increased metabolism
Retest bloods 8-10 weeks after dose increase
Test early morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
That's very helpful. Thanks. I think I'll reschedule blood and endos next appointment. I'm seeing her privately so don't fancy paying another £300 4 weeks after.
I remember having the exact same reaction when I first started Levo . But it only lasted a couple of weeks. I just tried to ignore it. Sorry if that isn’t helpful 🙏
