I managed to see a private end and got prescribed Lio (T3) about two years ago. It changed everything for me - no longer so exhausted and cold and foggy thinking. Prior to this I had been taking 150 mcg Levo daily, now I take 100 levy and 20 mcg Lio. All good until latest blood tests . Now Doctor wants to speak to me and I would like to be armed with some info ! I feel pretty good, tired again more than I was, but not enough to think it isn't usual stress of work, and slight weight gain . Not however like I did two years ago. I attach the lab result - would be very grateful of any thoughts / info

So, I took the Live the night before and the T3 first thing in morning (6am) - my test was at 2pm. I had wanted to split the T3 as the endo had said that better to divide it, but the tablets I get (always same make) are tiny little things like a sweetex size , so if I try to break it into pieces I lose much it to dust!
Take Vit D supplement. I dont think I have autoimmune thyroid disease - would I be told this? Im not on a gluten free diet.
I also had a further set of bloods (picture attached)
I havent had covid ( I have had all jabs). Many thanks for your help
Im not vegetarian or vegan, but I rarely if ever eat red meat - mostly fish and shellfish. It seems I should therefore obtain further blood tests, my T3 certainly much higher but T4 much lower than before. Its frustrating as apart from the hot flushes / hormonal situation which has gone on for years, I feel ok.
I do drink kefir water and take inulin as well as the Vit D tablet.
I suspect the doctor will want to lower the T3 so I havent rushed to make the appointment..
Ill get further bloods so I can go equipped :). Meanwhile have ordered a scalpel - many thanks for that.
Thank you so much SlowDragon. I have had my scalpel delivered and spent a useful 30mins cutting tablets in half ! I did try thirds but that was beyond my hand eye coordination 😂
