Newbie - resources request

Hello. Newbie to the group and glad to be here. Have been living overseas and now returning to the UK. I wonder if anyone can recommend a functional doctor in UK who can support with Hashimotos, Adrenal issues, and HRT. As background to self, I have hashimotos and adrenal insufficiency (16 years since diagnosis) Has been generally well managed with levothyroxine, but recent stress ( and increase in rT3) led to experiment with T3. I now have fibro symptoms, trembling etc. Need to find a UK specialist who can help me get things back in balance. Thank you!
