hello,

hope it’s OK to tag diogenes and helvella but I thought you might be best placed for this. Do you have a particular *textbook* you’d recommend that explains thyroid physiology? I’m a bit fatigued reading studies that seem to be badly put together… I’d like some objective information on pure physiology 🙏🏻 Ps. Sorry to bother you

Suggest you visit Endotext & Thyroid Disease Manager!

You will find them (and many other informative links) in my links and references document:

I think I've put quite a lot of my documents on that blog site - either directly or links to PDFs.

Everyone is welcome to have a browse and help themselves.

I don't know if it's still applicable but you used to have to pretend you were a doctor to register 😁

I’ve pretended to be worse… 😅

I think the documents that have been put on PubMed do not require that.

Explains in my links document!

Sorry hel but I still have troubles accessing (dear god) 🙄.

You have explained several times and it's worked but then I lose the instructions. I am not proficient in the intricacies of Google, although am learning for another project and now can make Google Forms! 👏 .. 😬, and I am quite happy pretending to be a doctor 🤣

One of the reasons I started the blog is that I can point at that alone. If you get to any page on blog, all the other pages are listed there. So you can navigate around.

I've added QR codes to make it easy to get to documents using phones - for many phones, just point at the QR code on your computer/tablet screen.

Also, for many of them, I have links to both Dropbox and Google documents. If one doesn't work, try the other! Or is you simply prefer one to the other.

The text that is bolded refers to Dr HERTOGHE?

🤔 .. umm, I must be missing something here ... ....

Look at the top - but below "helvella - Thyroid Blog".

The items in the list at the right change depending on whether you have clicked on them.

I've visited all of them (except the Dr Hertoghe one - which I updated recently but haven't clicked on the link). So they are all dark grey, But the current page is in heavier type!
