Humanbean responded to your post asking about your iron and folate results here a month ago:

Your Vit D at 113.3nmol/L is within the recommended range of 100-150nmol/L suggested by the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health, there is room for slight improvement if you wish but you may be able to make Vit D naturally from the sun and summer is nearly here so it may improve naturally.

B12 at 1,000pg/ml is where it's recommended to be in the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:

"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".

"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."

Personally I wouldn't worry about cholesterol, high cholesterol is a symptom of hypothyroidism, and it's the triglycerides result that's important and that hasn't been tested.

FT3 is right at the bottom of it's range but we need to look at it together with TSH and FT4 from the same blood draw.

I can't see them on that image. The bone profile tests are at the bottom in the picture. Last test is globulin.

Yes, I saw you'd put them in your last post but when you said "they are there" I thought you meant they were showing in your image.

Triglycerides are the waxy fats (lipids) that give us energy. Calories that we don't need immediately are converted into triglycerides and stored in fat cells. It's high triglycerides that are the risk factor for heart attack, strokes, etc.

Yours are nice and low.

Oh great that’s what I’d thought phew ! The arrogant doctor implied of I don’t take stating immediately I’m in danger of heart attack etc in next ten years !

Feb 10th ....

TSH 22.31 [0.27 -4.2]

fT4 10.8 [12-22]

fT3 3.1 [3.1-6.8]

now ... May 3rd.... ( from other post healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... )

fT4 9 [12-22]

These are now much worse than in feb , .... what thyroid hormone have you managed to take between Feb and now ? ..... or have you stopped again ?

I’m taking these results with a pinch of salt I had to take dreaded omeprazole for one month only and I’m.certain this blocked all my nutrition including thyroid .. shan’t ever take it again

ah Ok, but even the feb results were extremely dire. What are you taking ? ..... obviously was 'not enough' in feb .

p.s i only saw this reply by accident , if you want to reply to a person who commented, then you need to use the 'reply 'box immediately underneath their comment.

This give's them an 'alert' that you have replied to them (like you have just had when i did this one )... if you use the reply box at the very end of the whole post , they won't know you replied to them.
