Vit d3, how much?

Today i was advised by my private endo to take 2,000iu vitd daily.

My bloods are 126n/mol when taking 10,000iu.

I couldnt bring myself to say i supplement 10,000iu daily and felt rubbish when previously reduced to 4,000iu maintenance dose as advised by my gp

Im not sure what to do, any advice most welcome 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

How long have you been taking 10,000iu daily?

3 months ago you posted that your level was 96.3nmol/L taking 5,000iu D3.

Now that summer is almost upon us it's possible that you can make Vit D naturally from the sun, in which case you wouldn't need 10,000iu D3 supplement daily so you'd be able to reduce the dose.

Hi, I've been back to 10,000iu since after test in January. 96 n/mol results was taken in January by private test.

then march, gp blood test was 126, id gone back to 10,000iu.I was so confused as what to do, i didnt think of change in season.

Ill reduce and see what happens.
