These are my recent results after an increase of Levo from 75mcg to 100mcg around 10 weeks ago. I’d appreciate your input and advice.

Kimkat how are you feeling since the increase? Your B12 and vit D look good but folate only just in range. Your T4 is high in range and your T3 is low in range which would suggest you are a poor converter . If you are feeling a need for further improvement an increase of 12.25mcgm of levo (Splitting a 25mcgm tablet )might help. What brand of levo are you taking? Do you always get the same brand?
Thank you for your reply. The only things I have noticed is that I am sleeping a little better and I have slightly more energy but other than that I still feel quite blurgghh, my weight hasn’t changed (I was hoping to lose a few pounds) so no luck there. My folate doesn’t seem to want to budge even though I try to get in liver, dark chocolate etc. I had to stop using iron supplements as my iron was too high and as for my T3 I think you’re right, I’m not converting well but trying to convince the endo that will be interesting. I take Mercury Pharma Levo and I always get the same one as it’s the only brand that doesn’t seem to affect me. Just had my nhs bloods done too so the GP will probably look at my Tsh and think alls well, so getting extra Levo will also be a battle I’m thinking.
Kimkat, I would really push for 12.5mcgm increase as that might just push your T3 up, but keep your TSH and T4 still within range. If you still don't improve then I would suggest some T3 would be the way forward. Have you been tested for antibodies. I have Hashimotos (TPO antibodies) which I managed to reduce by going Gluten Free, this also helped my vitamin absorption a bit. Hashis is often an indicator for poor conversion of T4 to T3
They only way I have managed to get rid of the brain fog and lack of energy was with addition of 15 mcgm T3 to my 100mcgm T4.
Whereabouts do you live? You can get a list of thyroid specialists from TUK and folks will relate their experiences via Private Message. I was lucky to live in an area near Harrogate where there was a consultant who prescribed T3 on NHS. Think he only does private patients now.🤒Hope things improve
I don’t have a thyroid at all now after RAI a few years ago. I have mentioned the possibility of T3 in the past to my endo but was put down, even though he specialises in diabetes and for me to get my last increase was like getting blood out of a stone. In fact I convinced my GP to give me the increase and not the endo. I’m near Blackpool and I do have the list of private consultants thank you, I will more than likely be going down that route eventually. I just feel it would be nice for once to be able to get what we need from our local doctors but it’s looking unlikely.
I would suggest you don't raise your levo just yet. You need a good methylfolate supplement as your folate/b12 ratio is all off. Need to slow down on supplement b12. Try some selenium and vitamin A to help convert your T4 to T3 as right now all that T4 is likely converting to Rt3.
