Can B Complex Cause Pins and Needles

Hi

As some of you may remember I'm the pins and needles lady, whose had weird tingling, itching since October. All this time I've blamed Levo for my symptoms, or my fibromyalgia. I'm now having some neurological investigations, I've got nerve conduction studies this week and a brain and spinal cord MRI in early May.

I'm due to test my thyroid tomorrow so stopped taking my biotin as advised. I also have been taking vitamin D and K2 and Igennus B complex. My folate was pretty low when it was tested by GP in October. I decided to stop them all a couple of weeks ago and my itching pins and needles has greatly improved. Is it possible that one of the vitamins could have caused it, I was thinking B6, or an ingredient in the tablet.

It's not gone way completely, still have it in hands and feet but then I had that for years before hand. I'm now wondering what to do, stay off it, try another brand or supplement separately. Ie buy just folate. I use a B12 mouth spray as I have low B12. Thanks.
