Hello just to say Ive ordered a monitor my health kit for £26 with the code. It also shows T3 levels which the NHS doesn't seem to test. The last time I did this sort of personal test was last year with medichecks. However about finger pricking so I bought the venous extraction where you go to a clinic. Are the finger prick tests easy to do. Sounds daft but I don't want to mess this up.

Insist your GP test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Is the mon/tue testing due to getting it back to the lab in the same week.
Yes
Might consider Wednesday at a push….but Monday or Tuesday safer
Okay if it doesn't arrive in next few days. Ill do the test next week
I would suggest that when you have done your test that you actually take your envelope into the Post Office Counter and pay for Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm. With MonitorMyHealth's business post return enevelope, they take the cost of that off the cost of Special Delivery and you should be charged about £5.56. This service gets priority, business post does not guarantee next day delivery nor does a "priority postbox".
You want your sample to arrive as soon as possible after you've done the test. With Special Delivery you get a tracking number on the receipt, you can then track on RM's website and if it doesn't arrive next day you can claim back the cost of the service.
Even with this service I would post no later than Wednesday.
