I have been investing my own health since I realised just how badly I was being treated in various things
One of the things that has come up is my t4 has always been 12-13 until more recently it’s about 14 I have a ton of the symptoms and I’ve been talking with endocrinologist who to my face said he could give me a trial but then wrote to my GP he would not…
So now after having my hopes raised thinking I was finally gona have some help… it’s been ripped away yet again
I see there are people on here able to get supplements like thyroid S or medications online and I’m wondering if anyone can help or send me links.. I’m desperate and I plan to do private testing to monitor which I have been doing already
This wouldn’t be my first to order online, I had to do this with vitamin b12 injections and after I had improvements I have now secured them thro prescription… so if this is the way I have to do this then I’m willing to do it again…

I understand you joined the forum several years ago, but this appears to be your first post. On behalf of TUK, I’d like to say ‘welcome’ and say we are here to offer you support and advice.
Do you have a diagnosis of an under active thyroid? Have you had antibodies tested for Hashimotos? What thyroid medication do you take/ dosage? What are your current symptoms?
Could you supply the lab ranges for your T3 and T4 etc, as different laboratories use different ranges. It’s clearer to read if you put the ranges in brackets after the result.
I know you’ve tested B12 and this is low, but could you share your B12 levels (with ranges). Have you also tested ferritin, folate and vitamin D, which are also key to improving thyroid health?
