What was Dr. John Lowe’s advice on when to take T3

I read in one of the post about when to take T3 by Dr. John Lowe. Unfortunately, my fuzzy brain did not retain what it said. Would someone be so kind and post it again?

Dr Lowe took his T3 in the middle of the night when he went to the toilet.

I take mine when I awake with one glass of water and wait an hour before I eat. I have been fortunate to have T3 restored and am well and symptom-free.

To feel that my body is back to 'normal' function and having no symptoms is wonderful.

Other people take theirs on going to bed as long as their stomach is empty they've not eaten for a couple of hours before:-
