Advice on latest results

Hi, these are my latest results, just wondered if they are ok and when should I next have a blood test? Have been having them every 8 weeks but now bloods are ‘ normal’ do I need to just test 6 monthly as nurse advised?

How do you feel?

Free T4 is 47% through range; free T3 is 40.5% through range - so reasonably balanced (good) but neither is that high. I would want both a bit higher myself.

How are key nutrients - ferritin, folate, vit D and B12?

Hi, I feel ok at the minute apart from swollen ankles and a bit achy but a lot better than I was. Havent tested vitamins since July but I was a bit low in Vitamin D so have been taking vit D spray and have gone gluten free.I take 125mcg of levythyroxine.
