To add to my previous post, I am seeking to get my TSH below 1.0. My previous FT4 result five months ago was 16.1 (12-22). I have lost a little weight, through reducing carbohydrate intake which might account for the reduction in TSH and FT4 despite the cold weather and reducing my levo from 125 mcg to 100 mcg daily. Any thoughts welcomed.
