Which oil supplements are most effective when taking levo and other supplements

Can anyone advise me as to what’s better…..cod liver oil, salmon oil, or green lipped mussel oil supplements.

Not sure but halibut liver oil tablets are good but seem to have disappeared after being commonplace for decades. I think there’s only one supplier now keep meaning to order some. They are superior to cod liver oil apparently forget what for 🙄 tho. Omega 3 and 6 perhaps
