I’ve just had a pile of blood tests but been told they are normal except folate which I’ve been given tablets for.
I have pernicious anaemia already and having b12 injections.
I asked for the ranges and was told they couldn’t give me those (surgery was about to shut so I could try asking again tomorrow incase it was a time thing) edited to remove drs name on each line
I feel pretty rubbish at the minute, but I had a baby just over a year ago so hard to say if it’s lack of sleep etc
Any thoughts?
Thanks a lot!

Symptoms of iron deficiency can mirror or coincide with those in thyroid disease. They include:
◾Persistent fatigue
◾Pale skin
◾Shortness of breath
◾Headaches
◾Dizziness
◾Heart palpitations
◾Dry skin
◾Brittle hair and hair loss
◾Swelling or soreness of the tongue or mouth
◾Restless legs
◾Brittle or ridged nails
With Haemoglobin Estimation at 133 that doesn't suggest anaemia so you need an iron panel to confirm iron deficiency which you can have with or without anaemia. When having iron tests these must be done after a 12 hour fast (water allowed) so an early morning test is the best time so that you don't go without food during the day, and no iron supplements for a few days before the test.
You have a lot of tests there but not an iron panel which includes Serum Iron, Transferrin Saturation, Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) as well as ferritin.
If none of the other tests are marked "low" or "high" then they will all be in range.
Do you have a diagnosed thyroid condition? We need to know that, as well as the reference ranges, in order to interpret your thyroid results.
