I am hyperthyroid since possibly July. First tested July 28th. T4 2.00. I was taking 112mcg. Levothyroxine. Reduced to 100mcg. I am having terrible symptoms. I also have PMR and taking 24mgs. prednisolone. My symptoms of really bad blurry vision, extreme fatigue, weakness, tooth pain, insomnia, confusion, anxiety, depression. My GP has put me on an antibiotic for bronchitis. Chest X-ray clear. Are these symptoms the thyroid or the steroid dosage? Any information would be appreciated. I also consult PMR/Health Unlocked.

Are you sure about your diagnosis or is that a typo? Levothyroxine is the medication for underactive thyroid (hypOthyroidism) not overactive thyroid (hypERthyroidism).
We always need reference ranges with results, ranges vary from lab to lab and your T4 result doesn't say whether it's Total T4 or Free T4. Total T4 is an outdated test which isn't useful, it's the Free T4 test that tells us what we need to know. We also need to see TSH and FT3 with the FT4 result. Have you got full results and ranges that you can post?
Some of your symptoms could be hypothyroid/undermedication, here is a list of symptoms:
