SigmaPharm 5mcg Liothyronin T3 tablets - potency issue?

Hi all

This is for those on Sigma.

My last batch in the original sealed bottle was obtained from the UK pharmacy I’ve used for a year.

Despite increasing my dose my blood levels of T3 have gone down (see my other post).

I’m wondering if this batch of tablets is faulty or has a potency issue.

I’ve followed up with the pharmacy and will share any response I get but wanted to check if anyone else has recent experience of this issue.

The tablets were only purchased 6 weeks ago as 90 tablets is 45 days supply for me. I keep them safe in their original bottle in a cupboard in the kitchen.

I’m in the UK so I think I should report to the MHRA? Just wanted to see if it’s genuinely a problem with the batch or it’s me.

Still waiting to hear back from pharmacy who supplied it.

By all means report to the MHRA - but there are very few on SigmaPharm liothyronine. That's why it seemed to me to make more sense to report to the FDA.
