Has anyone experienced a very low pulse while sleeping? I ask because I was jolted awake by very ragged breathing and just felt odd breathless feeling just different (no pains or sick feeling) when I looked at my watch it said my pulse was at 38 which is very low I don’t think I ever seen my pulse that low mid 50s never in the 30s.
Should I mention it to my GP or Endo or maybe just forget about it and see if it happens again?
Thanks

Perhaps consider low stomach acid, parasites, H. Pylori, insufficient Pancreatic enzymes leading to reduced amino acids and subsequent neurotransmitters., Taurine is in bile salts. and if your system is clogged by sludge then fat based vitamins won’t be utilised correctly I.e vitamins A, D , E, K.Things I’ve found useful:
Drs Jay Davison and Todd Watts of Microbe Formulas / Cellcore Biosciences have a Protocol that sequentially and gently unblocks the digestive system.
Dr Carolyn Dean has some great information on her website and ReMag and ReMyte are absorbed quickly to top up minerals.
Working with a Functional practitioner would guide you in the right direction.
I have a very low pulse rate most of the time and it seems to be getting lower as time goes by. I regularly take readings and a year ago it was around mid 50's and earlier this year around mid 40' to low 50's. This last month it is showing 42 - 46 on9 average. Spoken with GP who has reduced Candestaron from 4mg to 2mg. I use an Omron home bp machine and the readings vary from minute to minute - does anyone else find this? I bought another but same thing. My blood pressure too has always been on low side, long before health issues. My bp is around 75 - 87.I have an ICD and take 75mg Levo per day. Amiodorone 100. Bisoprolol 2.5. Sprironalactone 12.5. Furo 40 + another 20 if I can fit in. Candestarton 2mg. (I was on Ramapril 5mg until 10months ago)
I have had a few light headed moments but only for a minute or so and do not feel faint.
