Hi I’ve noticed my hair is falling out and figuring out is it anything else I can do to help this am I sleep is very not good to thank u for your advice

Did you get the vitamins tested that were suggested in reply to your previous post - Vit D, B12, Folate, Ferritin? If so please post results with their reference ranges, also include units of measurement for Vit D and B12. If you've not had them tested then please arrange to do so because hair loss can be due to deficiencies of certain vitamins - see:

Also, it was pointed out to you previously that you were undermedicated to have a TSH of 2.85 (0.27-4.20), FT4 of 17.2 (11-21.2) and FT3 of 4.2 (3.1-6.8) and it was suggested that you ask for an increase in your Levo dose of 25mcg. Did you have your Levo increased?

Yes I’ve got an increase in 75 now feel so much better in myself just a hair loss I’ll see if I’ve got the test results but I think I had that done a couple of months ago thank u
