I had my B12 tested. It's dropped right down near the bottom of the range. (210 when bottom of range is 200) I already take B vitamins daily. I take omeprazole which affects B12 absorption. My GP says no remedial action can be taken while I am within range. T his doesn't seem right when the opt imal level is far higher. I take 175mcgs daily of levo. Thoughts anyone?

GP needs to read up on guidelines. If you had symptoms of B12 deficiency then symptoms take priority over blood test result and further investigation would be needed and treatment started if required.
