Cortisol and sex hormones

Hi all,

I'm still titrating my dose on NDT so I'm not yet optimal. I've been thinking about testing both cortisol and sex hormones because I struggle out of bed in the morning and my libido has been AWOL for months and months.

Is it worth testing these things now or should I wait to get optimal?

I think it’s good to test before you initiate a change in treatment.

I too struggled to get out of bed and my morning cortisol was quite low.

Since introducing T3 my morning cortisol is a bit better and I never struggle to get out of bed in the morning, the change is dramatic!

I’m still struggling with sex hormones and libido however so that’s the next thing for me to tackle, no pun intended!
