Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
On day before blood test, split T3 into 3 smaller doses, at roughly equal 8 hour intervals, taking last 1/3rd of daily dose approx 8-12 hours before test

Biotin should be left off for 3-7 days before any blood test, all other supplements can continue for thyroid tests but take after the test on the day.
Thank you. And I'm right in thinking I can replace any b complex that has biotin, with just normal B12 right?

No. B12 is just the one B vitamin (B12). B Complex contains the full range of B vitamins - thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folic acid (B9) and B12.
