What is good is to have a T4 level that is good for you. Whether that is very high, high, middle or low. We are all individuals. Some seem best with T4 at one point, others feel better with theirs higher or lower than that.
It is unusual for people to be happy with very low T4 but I'm not going to claim it is impossible.
It is also almost universally thought good to have a fairly stable T4 level.
The above assumes not taking any T3 medicine.
