I’m having a blood test on Friday at 8.35am and if my memory serves me, I seem to remember it’s 12 hours. This would be fine but I normally take my last dose at 2.30pm
This is because I find that taking an evening dose seems to make my already terrible sleeping, worse but should I, at times of testing just put up with a bad night’s sleep for the sake of a more accurate test reading and take my last dose later?
Thanks

Last dose should be 8-12 hours before blood draw, adjusting time the day before if necessary just for the one day so yes, some people do "just put up with it" for the one night.
If this is your first blood test on this product I'd suggest waiting around 24 hours from last dose to blood draw.
We do not know the exact breakdown of the T3 and T4 content in this product anyway.
Are you getting a TSH, T3 and T4 run or will it be just a TSH as the TSH is the slowest and least reliable of all 3 of these blood tests, and very slow to move, if it ever does.
What do you usually do when having a blood test, as it's inevitable a comparison will be made to your previous blood test results and ranges whether it was on this product or not.
If you feel well and stable on this dose and regime I'd suggest waiting 24 hours which is what I would have to do and I take Natural Desiccated Thyroid.
No, it’s not my first test and yes, TSH, T4 and T3 are being done. In answer to what do I usually do, at first I didn’t realise there ought to be a certain lapse of time between ‘medication’ and testing but for my last test I think it was around 12 hours
