There are no reference ranges showing with those results. We need the ranges to be able to interpret them, they will be somewhere on your report so can you please come back and add the ranges. They will be something like:
TSH range - 0.27 - 4.20
FT4 range - 12-22
FT3 range - 3.1-6.8
I've quoted those ranges as they're typical of the ranges some private labs use, they could be different though as we rarely see LetsGetChecked results on here.
From what we do know - because TSH reference ranges are generally quite similar - is that your TSH is where one might expect to see it in a normal healthy person, i.e. no higher than 2 (although often nearer 1).
I understand from your previous post that you are not diagnosed with a thyroid condition or on any thyroid meds.

I have closed your 3 other posts. This is because to have results spread out over 3 separate threads makes it very awkward for the members who wish to respond, they have to keep flicking back and forth between multiple posts to get information. You could have added pictures in replies in this thead by clicking on the rectangular icon with the picture of the mountains at the end of the row beneath the message box. You can add one picture per reply.
Rather than have one test result/range per post it would have been easier to just say that the ranges I quoted above are the ranges used, or just type out the result/range for each of the three tests. As it is you haven't given the result for TSH, only FT4 and FT3, but I expect it's the same as I have quoted.
So what we have is
TSH: 1.75
FT4: 14.4 (12-22)
FT3: 4.5 (3.1-6.8)
So as I mentioned before, your TSH is where one would expect to see it in a normal healthy person, see graph here:
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
As mentioned, a normal healthy person would have a TSH no higher than 2, often nearer 1, with FT4 around mid-range-ish. Your FT4 is on the low side. As none of us are tested in health, we cannot know what is normal for us as an individual. It may be that 14.4 is fairly normal for you, but it could also be lower than normal.
Your results wont get you a diagnosis of hypothyroidism until either your TSH goes over range or your FT4 goes below range.
If TSH goes over range along with raised thyroid antibodies you should get a diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease (known to patients as Hashimoto's). If no raised antibodies are present then your TSH has to go over 10 for diagnosis of Primary Hypothyroidism. If your FT4 goes below range with TSH low, normal or minimally elevated then that should give you a diagnosis of Central Hypothyroidism (although most doctors have never heard of Central Hypothyroidism, it's not as common as Primary or Autoimmune hypothyroidism).
Gosh thanks… so much to take in n sorry I’m not so good at using this site.. my regular doc has also got my giving blood samples for another set of tests.. I’ll update when possible..
OK, come back with new results and ranges (GP ranges often are different from private labs), and if only a few tests it will probably be better to type them in. We can then interpret them for you. Do you know which tests are being done?

Are you currently taking any thyroid replacement medication….levothyroxine?
Or trying to get diagnosed
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto’s or Ord’s thyroiditis)
Low vitamin levels common as we get older too
Hairloss often linked to low iron/ferritin
Are you vegetarian or vegan
IBS is common hypothyroid symptom
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .
Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you do your tests?
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

If TPO or TG thyroid antibodies are high this is usually due to Hashimoto’s (commonly known in UK as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto’s. Low vitamin levels are particularly common with Hashimoto’s. Gluten intolerance is often a hidden issue to.
