Can anyone point me in the direction of some books or resources to do with gut healing, especially in response to autoimmune disorders please?

I'd like to read more about it but I'm a bit overwhelmed with sources and not knowing what's worth my time reading or not!

Thanks! 🌱

I recently started having a cucumber and melon smoothie every day for the alkaline content - autoimmune disorders thrive in an acidic environment so having more alkaline foods such as cucumber and melon make for a more alkline environment I highly recommend you try it , some people prefer celery but cucumber and honeydew melon is my favourite atm
