Optimal iron panel levels according to rt3-adrenals.org/Iron_test_... are:

Serum iron: 55 to 70% of the range, higher end for men - yours is 82.5% so it's rather high

Saturation: optimal is 35 to 45%, higher end for men - yours is 40%

Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC): Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - yours is over mid-range but not at the top of the range

UIBC: I have no useful information for this test

Ferritin: Low level virtually always indicates need for iron supplementation; High level with low serum iron/low saturation indicates inflammation or infection; High level with high serum iron and low TIBC indicates excess iron; Over range with saturation above 45% suggests hemochromatosis - yours is 39% through it's range whereas it's recommended to be half way through range and some experts say the optimal level for thyroid function is 90-110ug/L.

Your Serum Iron and Saturation % show that you don't need to supplement with iron. Your ferritin could be better a bit higher so the best way to increase that is with diet, eg by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, also liver pate, black pudding, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet

B12 and Folate were commented on in previous post.

As for your liver function test, everything is in range except for a very slightly raised globulin level. This may be insignificant I can't say. High levels may indicate infection, inflammatory disease or immune disorders. You may wish to discuss this with your GP if you are concerned.

As you said my Iron doesn’t need to supplement but Im still unwell with weakness & no appetite at moments so I would prefer to add some supplements to build up my health

Should I take low dose of Iron now ?

Just found Novomins - Iron Gummy Iron with added Vit C 24mg (nrv 30% )

and Iron 5 mg ( 36% )

It seem to be good review

I'm sorry but I don't understand why you want to supplement with iron. What do you think it will do? Your serum iron is already much higher than what is optimal for both males and females. Your Saturation % is perfect, at the optimal level. Supplementing with iron is going to increase these levels further and you run the risk of it going over range and becoming toxic. Too much iron is as bad as too little.

If you want to raise ferritin then do it through diet not by overloading yourself with iron supplements.
