PIP review help!!

I qualified for PIP lowest level January 2020. I have now received a review form. Is this right? Shouldn’t there be extra time added because of covid I have read?

My local CAB filled my application in for me before but they are shut because of covid. There is only one in town and I haven’t been to town since before covid. I have been ill for few months, GP no help. I really can not have the stress of filling it in and there’s no one else who can or would even want to, no blame there!! I also could not face another assessment, it failed and had to do mandatory. I have phoned DWP gone through all they ask on phone messages but no one answered even after 20 minutes!!! I am feeling much worse because of this and feel like it’s not worth it!

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

benefitsandwork.co.uk/ Follow the guides step by step it's the best advice I can give. They're excellent and helped me survive assessments without to much more deterioration to my health. Wouldn't dream of doing anything else but follow their guides. Join, well worth the fee.

Thanks. I can’t see much about filling in a review form. Will there be much help if I pay to join? I really need someone to do it for me preferably, but can’t find anything.

Thanks.

Sorry I don't know. I just sorted out the link that didn't work, I've never used the myself.

They don't fill in forms. They give you step by step instructions to each question including example answers. The member guide for Pip includes how to fill in the review form to give you the best chance possible of getting what you are entitled to. Trust me, they're experts, including legal.

As fibrolinda says, pay the joining fee and download the guide, it was actually better than the CAB (though they're excellent) in my opinion.

Sorry that you are having difficulty completing your benefit application form. Do you have a DIAL office locally? (Disability, Information and Advice Line). Perhaps Google DIAL UK and contact someone who will help you to fill your form in over the phone or in their office. Not sure if they do home visits now with covid restrictions. All free and a good support when making appeals too.Good luck, I really hope that you manage to get the help that you need now.

Google "benefits and work" it's a forum that supports people trying to navigate the pip/esa system. You can pay to be a member for access to support. It's worth every single penny.

most local citizens advice will now offer form filing over the phone ( they fill it in based on your answers then they post you the form to send off). they depend on volunteers to do this so it all depends if they have volunteers able and willing to do form filling in the phone ( i have a friend who is very experienced but he can’t do it over the phone as he’s disabled himself and he’s been told that he can go into an office soon to help clients) so maybe contact your local CA again or one of the organisations mentioned above

here is the CA guide. essentially it is about how your life is affected in line with the descriptors they set out. citizensadvice.org.uk/benef...

yes i realise that but i’m just pointing you to the descriptors, a review will still analyse the same things
