Latest blood results

Hi guys I posted last week about thyroid levels but now have a print out if all my blood results, any advice greatly received. I currently take 2 tablets of thyroid s split twice a day. I have a b12 I he ruin once every 3 months ( last dose about 6 weeks ago ) and I was taking folic acid as my previous folate levels were low, but dr now advised to stop taking those. Abs a daily spray of Vit d ( although I note this was not tested again ).

I do take a small dose of CBD oil of a night to help me sleep.

I feel much better in myself then a few months ago, I am still not losing weight, although I do seem to have a slightly reduced appetite in the past couple of weeks so hopefully weight will start to shift?

When did you take your last dose of NDT before this test? Last dose should be 8-12 hours before, adjusting time the day before if necessary.

I think these NDT results look pretty good - I found my weight didn't shift until around 6 months to a year in - it was very gradual and a bonus to my feeling so much better.

Did you take bench mark numbers to compare your levels of T3 and T4 - then and now ?

I found my T3 and T4 swopped positions from when on monotherpay with T4 :

My T3 increased to 110% and my T4 dropped back to just 25% through the ranges :

My temperature rose from 35.4 to 36.6 where it still hovers 3 years on and guess I've dropped a good dress size.

I don’t, but note that I used to lose weight pretty quickly once I switched to ndt a few years ago, I guess it is also harder the older I get, I do however feel much better then on t4 alone and a t4/t3 combo, so I guess I need to appreciate that. Glad it worked well for you. Hopefully my results will be similar in time x
