Plot-able graph for test results

Does anyone know of a very simple and easy to use graph that I can download to plot blood test results on? I have had a look around but nothing I try seems to be just what I need- something I can add my own number ranges and dates to along with results.

I use Google sheets but thyroid I change to % and it draws nice graph too.

You will probably find Excel the easiest, as recommended above. You will also learn a lot about other things Excel can do. It's a great classic program, it's been around for years and it can do virtually anything.
