Help with interpretation of my new blood work

I have Hashimoto's and recently been put on old formulation Euthyrox after years on NDTs, as my conversion problem has improved after I starting supplementing with selenium.

Ten weeks ago, I was on 125 ug Euthryox per day and these were my results:

S-TSH 0.09 uIU/mL L 0.35 - 4.94

S-FT3 3.5 pmol/L 2.6 - 5.4

S-FT4 (Abbott) 15.5 pmol/L 9.0 - 19.0

The suppressed TSH led my endocrinologist to lower my dose. I am now on 125 ug Euthyrox Monday to Friday and 100 ug Saturday to Sunday. These are my latest results by a GP who refused to do FT3:

Thyrotropin [TSH];P miu/l 0,40/4,80 2,30

Thyroxin free [T4];P pmol/L 12,0/22,0 19,8

Looks as though my TSH has gone up with the decrease, understandably, but it looks as though, even adjusted for ranges, as if my FT4 has gone up slightly, too. I have no idea what this means.

When did you take your last dose of Levo before the test? Last dose should be 24 hours before blood draw.

How do you feel? - on both doses ...

If no different/ better on current dose, I'd stay with it
