SELENIUM best time to take?

What time of day is it best to take Selenium supplements?

I have purchased Thornes Selenium which arrived today.

I've never seen anything to say a particular time of day is best for selenium, just to take it with a meal. I take mine with my evening meal.

Thanks, I eat about 6pm and still feel full! So I should be OK to take it now.

I just wondered if I took it in the morning ,do I leave a certain gap from taking my thyroid medication or does it not matter?

To avoid anything affecting it's absorption, thyroid medication should always be taken on it's own, one hour before or two hours after food, with water and water only for one hour each side, no other supplements or medication for 2 hours (some need 4 hours).
