Advice please for NEPRINOL capsules

NEPRINOL capsules. Has anyone in HealthUnlocked taken these capsules ? They are supposed to help the immune system, and especially help after having had both Covid 19 vaccines? Would appreciate your comments. Thank you. Lola2003
