I'm still trying to find the optimal dosage of T3 with dosing multiple times of the day, but it is really not easy when over- or understimulation symptoms are not clear. Then i have digestive issues so that sometimes the food i ate is still in my stomach when the next dose comes, maybe changes absorption- which further blurs the image.
Now i'm thinking about changing the dosage strategy from 4-5 times a day to only once or two times a day. I'm currently on 50mcg T3, and would just split 25mcg at night (around 10:30 pm, just when i go to bed) and 25mcg in the morning before breakfast (around 08:00 am).
Looking at the graph at thyroidpatiens.ca (thyroidpatients.ca/2020/07/..., it seems that a healthy T3 level peaks around 24:00, so it makes sense to dose around at that time
What are your experiences with once or twice daily dosing of T3? How much are you dosing and at what time?

I used to take mine in one dose in the early hours of the morning when I needed the bathroom. I now split it and take it in 2 doses - around 5am and 5pm. I have found no difference in how I feel.
The reason I split it is because I had a surprise test at the GP surgery at 12 noon and had taken my full dose as usual, probably about 8 hours before. The FT3 result came back at 7.9 (3.5-6.5). I personally wasn't happy with such a high FT3 result so made the decision that I would split the dose to avoid such spikes and when leaving the correct time gap from last dose my result comes back usually around 70% through the range.
I've always taken my dose once daily when I awake, with one glass of water and wait an hour before eating.
Dr John Lowe was an Adviser to theThyroiduk.org.uk before his accidental death. He was also a Researcher/scientist and also took T3 himself. He took his in the middle of the night when he awoke, with one glass of water. He was able to do research as well and his life/work was normal with no clinical symptoms.
I take my T3 dose at bedtime (c23:00hrs) it varies slightly which still works for me.
Current dose 75mcg but did reach 200mcg at one point when titrating to find therapeutic dose....dangerous level for people who do not have a form of thyroid hormone resistance as I do.
We are all different with different dose needs...trial and error if often the way to go!
