Hi. I’m looking for some help. I’m 28 years hypo and around 2 years was increased from 125mcg to 150 mcg. A year later reduced to 100mcg. Since then I have gone from bloods being done 6 weeks/3 months/6 months. My T4 is in range around 19 but TSH has gone from 9.28 to 21.3 to 12.6 mostly recently. I am awaiting a TPO result( which I had to ask for). I have asked to go back to 125 mcg but been told if my T4 is in range then it’s the correct dose! I feel I’m being fobbed off with no change in treatment in over a year. I am going through the motions/barely functioning and looking for some kind of explanation but lack of face to face consultation is not helping. Can anyone shed some light on this please.

Advice about high TSH.
Thank you. Any advice how you tell/ask your GP how to do this? I don’t feel confident and end up just doing as I am told.
I would be happy to do this. I’ve to retest in 3 months again and just don’t see the point after all this time. Thank you I’ll consider this.
Thank you
It's a swing and a miss by that Dr. She's almost understood the science but not quite.
A TSH over 10 is considered overt hypothyroidism by the NHS and should be treated.

Thank you. I know that’s what I need to do. After 28 years I know my body, never been asked if I have any symptoms either but I know I’m struggling. I really need to get angry as you say.
