My "bloods have shown + for TF antibodies which means likely to have an auto-immune TF condition". I've a GP call booked and curious to know what questions I should be asking or concerns I should be raising. Any suggestions much appreciated! TIA

Your 1st step is to find out what has been tested, and what the results and ranges are. If you can get the surgery receptionist to print them off, and pick them up before your GP appointment that would be very helpful.

Unfortunately, the information you have now is a bit too vague to give direction.
