What a relief for those who've had it withdrawn and the doctors seem unaware of the awful anxiety we undergo due to withdrawals of thyroid hormones that help us recover our health

Congratulations to all involved!

So uplifting to read about success stories. Let’s hope other CCG take note!

It was 3 years of hard work in Norfolk to get the CCG to agree to reinstate T3, but if we can do it Norfolk, other local groups could do it too. Find a local thyroid support group, or set one up (on Facebook perhaps as that's easy), research local policies, compile all national guidelines, request a meeting. 'Polite, professional, but persuasive' was our way of working.
