I am not due to see the endo for another month but I have decided to email him and wondered what I should request? I need to do something as I feel lousy.
Thank you in advance!

I take vit d, b complex and b12. Selenium. Magnesium. I have upped my iron intake from food as the gastroenterologist said he wouldn’t be happy with me supplementing due to serum iron being highish. Did think I’d ask endocrinologist opinion on this though as well. Not gluten free.
I will request a levo increase again. I would be surprised if he increased t3 again rather than the levo. More than anything because of the price but I would of thought a raise in Levothyroxine last time would have been preferable on price too so I will wait and see.
I had a biopsy for coeliac. Negative but I take your point from other posts about being intolerant rather than allergic.
It was hyper mobility when I was diagnosed. There was some wondering about the connection between EDS then but I don’t think I put EDS on my profile just Hypermobile. For me I thought that was rubbish. I’m bendy yes. I tipped the scale on the tests. My joints slip about but my wrists do not dislocate when I do the washing up which is what they said was happening!
I did try gluten free for just under year about 10 years ago and I didn’t notice any difference to me apart from more shopping lol.
