D3 not sure if that is not agreeing with me

As posted , do I recall someone else on here with trouble taking it ?

I was taking k2 separately each day .

I seemed to experience some nausea and terrible fatigue .

This settles if left off , probably need to test again sometime to settle my query . Don’t fancy trying yet though .

I’ve had to add oats and nuts to my gluten free diet .

Plus I am troubled with hay fever and something in the house causes a lot of sneezing!

Otherwise I’m good 😁

Yes, I think there are a couple of members who don't seem to tolerate D3.

What form is your supplement - oil based softgel, tablets, capsules, oral spray?

Did you start them both at the same time or did you leave a couple of weeks between them? If you left a couple of weeks which one was started first and did the problems start when introducing the D3 or the K2?

Same time. So worth trying again but one at s time ?

Yes.

We always advise only adding one at a time and leaving 2 weeks to see if any reaction, if not then add the next one.

I would stop them both for 2 weeks. Restart with Vit D, if OK continue for 2 weeks.

If all OK then I would stop the Vit D and start again with the K2 and see what happens, give it 2 weeks if all OK.

If OK then add the Vit D back in and see what happens.

It could be that you are fine with Vit D and the K2 but they are interacting when you take them both.

Were you taking the Vit D and K2 both at the same time or at different times of the day?

I did do both as I sometimes didn’t time it right I will do as you suggest now. Thanks

I know you say one at a time but sometimes the lesson has to be learnt the hard way! Silly of me!

Try vitamin D mouth spray as it avoids gut issues

Have you ever found any explanations for your intolerance of vitamin D?

No, could be a common supplement ingredient as others do the same to me. Due to malabsorption Im now folate deficient so bit of a problem !

Seems unlikely as we have even seen it reported that topical application (e.g. of D3 in a simple oil) has caused symptoms of vitamin D intolerance.

Interesting, I've never tried topical D and sounds like I shouldn't ! Bring on the sunshine ☀️
