In case you are thinking of getting some from abroad, Tirosint is distributed under several brand names around Europe: Tiche, Syntiroxine and maybe some other names or variations.

There really is nothing else similar. All levothyroxine oral solutions (liquids) contain much more glycerol and additional ingredients.

Is the Tiche in a gel capsule without any fillers?

Tiche is Tirosint. Tirosint is Tiche. The same product just sold under different names.

It does have fillers as every thyroid medicine has. But they are just glycerol, gelatin and water. It is a gel cap.

But do be careful as I cannot guarantee that these trade mark/brand names are always used the same across every country.
