I’ve recently had a cortisol dhea saliva test which I performed throughout the day. The results have come back with normal dhea but with low cortisol readings at every reading but the first morning one which is just in range (I’ll post results). My understanding was that adrenal fatigue caused high cortisol where as mine is quite low, and I don’t feel terrible or anything so I doubt I’m in the last stage of adrenal fatigue?
