When to stop Vit D Supplement before thyroid and Vit D test

Hi

I am doing the Medichecks thyroid panel via thyroiduk which includes Vit D, I am on 75001U a day Vit D and wondered if I keep taking it or how many days prior to test do I stop. I note with B vits its a week before the test but not sure re Vit D

With B Complex or Biotin you stop 7 days before.

With Vit D you can continue, just take it after the test on the day not before.

No problem with vitamin D, I contacted the company doing the test to ask when to stop etc and they said not to. I think it takes a very long time to clear your system. So I’ve always just carried on taking it. If my D is high I cut back on the pills and if it looks a bit low I just increase.

Like you say it tells you to stop the B vitamins.
